Conservative voices have long called for purity of ideology in the party.
And Tuesday night, it appears we got it.
Christine O'Donnell's victory in the Delaware Republican Primary came as a shock to mainstream media and the Washington insiders, but much less so to conservative activists across this nation.
The whining and lamenting coming from insiders, including the Republican Party, to Mike Castle's defeat has been deafening. And yet, what excuse do they have for not seeing this coming? Castle becomes the 8th major insider to lose their primary in the Republican Party this season. So this was not a shot out of the dark.

Both parties need to get it. People know we’ve been had, and the mood is for change. It’s for rebellion. The people are using the ballot box to achieve that, and it scares the ogligarchy.
This is just the start. Slowly the fair-weathered conservatives are coming out of the woodwork and exposing themselves as unwilling to support real conservatives.
