Today on Brett's panel both Fred Barnes and Charles Krauthammer were still lamenting Castle's loss, but Charles more than Fred. You see, they both believe in Buckley Rule, rather than DeMint, who would rather have 40 Rubio's than 60 Castle's.

Sarah is too independent for the GOP machine and I have been sent a link to a DU posting that says s/he has a GOP/RNC insider friend claims that they're getting ready to take her down this fall.

Sounds like wishfull thinking bravado. If they had anything big enough to ‘take her down’ it would have been used already. Sarah is kicking butt and and knows we got her back. I suspect that there's an element of truth in this since Sarah and the Tea Party have upset the Beltway GOP's apple cart, and we know that lib RINOs have infiltrated the RNC.

So, I would not be surprised at all if the GOP poo-bahs were conspiring against Sarah right now, especially considering the vicious smears that Castle and the NRSC unleashed on ODonnell last week, which were straight out of the Alinsky/Rat playbook.

JP, Max, and curth---care to investigate this a bit further and maybe get word to the C4P folks to give them a heads up since this seems to be actionable intelligence from a big-mouthed DUmmie.
