Have you ever noticed that the Republican Party is always characterized by the Left as "The Party of Big Business" and that one of the typical media representations of Republicans is as the guy from the Monopoly game? You know the one: Rich Uncle Pennybags, or simply Monopoly Man. He's got a big mustache and is wearing a top hat, and a tux or a morning coat, vest, and striped pants, and he often carries a cane. That's wrong, biased, and a ,little silly, of course, but it is.......

Probably just the same way that they fail to notice all the big-money boys from Goldman-Sachs on their own team when they’re attacking the GOP as being the party of the rich.

good one!

“They’ve all had years of training to think themselves brighter, smarter, and certainly better educated than everybody else,”

Kind of sums up the man-child and his supporters. We’ve seen the pics of obummer with his nose up in the air as if looking down on us commoners. Julia Roberts was quoted as saying that Republican is between reptile and repugnant. She pointed out it fell that way in the dictionary but we got her drift. Folks, we pay their salaries so we must be pretty dumb, huh?

Julia Roberts was quoted as saying that Republican is between reptile and repugnant.

Hmmmmmm...I wonder if Julia is aware that Democrat is between "Death" and "Dishonest" in the dictionary.

What I tell folks who subscribe to this "Party of the Rich", "Party of the Poor" nonsense is this:

The party that wins, is the party with the most votes, so each party is trying to "grow" it numbers.

So, in order to win and election, the party of the poor needs to make more poor people, while the party of the rich needs to make more rich people.

Which party is better for you? The one that needs you to be poor, or the one that needs you to be rich?

Brilliant response and I agree with you 100%. I remind you, though, that one must tread lightly: “Libertarian” can be found in the same dictionary between “Anarchist” and “Zealot”, but drawing any conclusions might be ill-advised

LOL! But then again, most things can be found between "Anarchist" and "Zealot".

Thanks for the chuckle, I needed it this morning.
