Groomed for a Socialist Dictatorship
The Silent Majority ^ | 09-13-10 | J.D. Longstreet

America’s very own government is systematically destroying the United States of America. If this comes as a revelation to you – then where have you BEEN?

America’s destruction has been ongoing for some time now. But not until the election of the democrat controlled Congress in 2006 and the election of President Obama in 2008 did it swing into high gear and the real dismantling of our constitutional republic begin in earnest.

Today, America is just a shell of its former self. We have seen how quickly a determined enemy of the constitution can bring havoc to bear on our nation as we look back over the months since November 2006.

Like a cancer devouring its host from within the socialism of the Democratic Party and the Obama Regime have, little by little, brought America to her knees. There can be no doubt that America is dying and dying quickly.

Fortunately, there are some Americans who have taken notice of this silent attack on America. To their credit they are desperately trying to alert all Americans to the imminent death of our constitutional republic. These American patriots do not plan to stand by and watch America destroyed from within. They have banded together to make a last ditch effort to stanch the out flowing of the energy force from America’s socialist damaged veins. They are known by many names. The Tea Party is the best-known moniker.

Watch out for the “Fairness Doctrine” again!

They claim that government owns the “airways” and therefore may regulate the speech across the air....

But let’s consider several things to refute their argument:

1) Since the “Fairness Doctrine” was first implemented, the Supreme Court expanded free speech protections to include things such as flag burning and pornography........but you can ban Rush Limbaugh??

Thurgood Marshall said that it was none of government’s business what pornography a man read in the privacy of his own home......which also sets a precendent for the Internet and talk radio and Fox News.......

2) If government can regulate speech across “airways”-—what about broadcasts within STATE lines????
and 3)
If government can regulate speech across the “air” which was created by God, then what about speech across roadways built by government???

Books, newspapers, and magazines use public “roadways” paid for with public money...so the greater claim is that government can regulate what is in them beore it can touch TV or radio......

Moreover...when any two people speak...they speak over air and

what about applying the “fairness doctrine” to speech on public property, eg, parks and schools????

the Democratic Party and the Obama Regime have, little by little, brought America to her knees.

--------------------------------------

Dems have had the keys to government since 2007, and Bush was a backseat driver. Spending originates in the House of Representatives. Zer0, Nancy, and Harry drove the car off a cliff in 2008, and now you expect to blame Bush and escape with no political harm with the help of your piss-stream media. Guess what, you bastards, the American voters are coming for you this time. Go ahead, keep blaming Bush, for soon one-third of you will be gone. You're futures in office are all used up.

Our anger could not be the result of a president perpetually on vacation or on the golf course or out campaigning and fund-raising or shooting hoops and looking cool while oil flowed into the gulf, the the economy tanked, an average of 500,000 people a week signed up for first-time unemployment benefits while Michelle is renting 60 rooms in Spain eating caviar and living the high live and the president is too busy to meet with his commander in Afghanistan - the war of his choosing, or meet with the governor of Arizona to come to an agreement on securing the border before suing her and her state.

When you vote someone into the presidency without the experience of a hot-dog stand manager, you get turd-in-the-punchbowl results.

Liar = Obama.

Cheater = Feds.

Thief = Congress.

Con artist = Piss-Stream Media.

Throw 'em all out.

Today, America is just a shell of its former self.

Most Americans still believe we're a free people. We're not.

Political correctness controls our thoughts, our speech, our actions, our food, our animals , our wealth, our transportation, our media, our health, our businesses, and our private property. Oh sure, our government would like to have us believe we can live and walk freely, but when was the last time you were actually able it get away with it? Just try to step out of the PC line, and see what happens.
When was the last time you survived a day without the heavy hand of government controlling your life somehow?

No. Americans are being told they're free, but they're the farthest thing from it. In fact, Americans have become nothing but tax slaves for the world, and PC is designed to keep us under control.

Socialism is a symptom of democracy... but the political disease is democracy.. Thats why America is a Republic.. because democracy is Mob Rule by mobsters.. So then... socialism is merely an attribute of a democracy run by democrats who are FOR democracy..

Democracy should be, an IS, a bad word.. The words democracy and democratic are found ..NOWHERE ANYWHERE.. in the United States Constitution.. By PLAN it was on purpose..

As a very biased observer, I marvel at how this Administration and this Congress have ridden roughshod over the Constitution and common or garden legalities. Te Judiciary is complicit and the 'journalism trade' has demonstrated all the qualities of the oldest trade. The Country is in ruins and Common Sense has left the field.

Now, do you want to know how I really feel?

Actually, I’d say the “New Deal” still tops Obama.

That's when Americas death warrant was signed. The politicians learned they could steal other peoples money and give it to someone else in exchange for a vote. From that point on, America spiraled out of control. Our government became totally corrupt. All our freedoms were lost.

Political correctness and tolerance have pretty well made many words, comments and realities off limits, out of bounds, and suppressed.

WE HAVE HAD TYRANNY BY THE MINORITY/MINOTITIES EVER INCREASING IN POWER, FOR MANY MANY YEARS. IT BEGAN WITH CIVIL RIGHTS AND MANY TENTACLES HAVE GROWN OUT OF THAT. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS, SEXUAL HARRASSMENT LAWS,EDUCATION OF ILLEGALS, IMMIGRATION POLICIES, OPEN BORDERS, THOUSANDS OF ISLAMICS ARE HERE NOW; MANY ON EXPIRED GREEN CARDSOR EDUCATIONAL VISAS,AND SO ON ... ECT. ETC.

INTERNATIONAL LAW, GLOBAL CURRENCY, ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. UNITED NATIOONS (THAT HAVE THE HUGEST SCANDALS AAND MISUSE OF MONIES INTENDED FOR THE STARVING, AND DESTITUTE), PROPOPENTS, THERE IS EVIL IN THE WORLD AND NOW IT IS IN CHARGE OF OUR NATION. SHARIA IS DEADLY AND CAN NOT BE ALLOWED HERE. IT IS WORSE THAN BARBARIC! AND IT IS ALREADY HERE AND MAN THAT KILL THEIR DAUGHTERS, OR WIVES ARE IGNORED AND CONSIDERED DOMESTIC DISPUTES.

GOD HELP US IN OUR DAY, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN. Sorry for the caps!

When the ten commandments are removed from the public square, their opposites move in to fill the void. PC is the antithesis of the commandments and natural law.
When moral order is gone, chaos and eventually oppression move in (never waste a good crises).

HOW REPUBLICANS WILL WIN THE SENATE
By DICK MORRIS
Published on DickMorris.com on August 30, 2010

It gets tiresome hearing the conventional wisdom say that the Democrats will likely keep control of the Senate. Far from it.

To gain control, Republicans must win ten new seats. An analysis of the latest polling data suggests that Republicans currently hold the lead in eight pick-up states: Pennsylvania, Colorado, Wisconsin, Washington State, Arkansas, Delaware, North Dakota, and Indiana. In a ninth, Illinois, the candidates are tied and, in the tenth - Nevada - Reid is ahead by only one point. And, for insurance, Boxer in California and Gillibrand in New York are both below 50% of the vote. In Connecticut, Blumenthal is only at 50%. That’s a potential pickup of thirteen seats and a likely gain of at least ten (enough for a majority).

Any incumbent who is running at less than 50% of the vote is in serious trouble. It means that a majority of the voters have decided not to vote for him or her. (Asked if you are likely to be married to the same person next year, a vote of “undecided” does not bode well for your marriage).

So here are the numbers:

August 27th Polls

Nevada:

Reid (D) 45 / Angle (R) 44 (Mason Dixon)

With Reid this far under 50%, Angle is likely to win.

August 26th Polls

Florida:

(Currently Republican) Rubio (R) / 40 Crist (I) 30 / Meek (D) 21 (Rasmussen)

So much for Crist!

Pennsylvania:

Toomey 40 (R) / Sestak (D) 31 (Franklin-Marshall)

August 25th Polls

Colorado:

Buck (R) 49 / Bennett (D) 40 (Reuters)

California:

Boxer (D) 49 / Fiorina (R) 44 (Rasmussen)

Boxer has gained a bit, but still in trouble.

Louisiana:

(Currently Republican) Vitters (R) / 51 Melancon (D) 41 (PPP)

Wisconsin:

Johnson (R) 47 / Feingold (D) 46 (Rasmussen)

Illinois:

Giannoulias (D) 45 / Kirk (R) 45 (Rasmussen)

August 24th polls

Missouri:

(Currently Republican) Blunt: 54 / Carnahan: 41 (Rasmussen)

August 21st Polls

Washington State:

Rossi (R) 52 / Murray (D) 45 (SurveyUSA)

August 20th Polls

Arkansas: Boozeman (R) 65 / Lincoln (D) 27 (Rasmussen)

This is not a typo!

The most likely results are that Republicans win the eight seats in which they now lead and also take Illinois and Nevada for a gain of ten seats and control. They also have a good shot in California and possible upsets in New York and Connecticut.

THANK YOU!

Obama is victim of Bush’s failed promises
Greener Pastures Column — 5/ 15/10

Barack Obama is setting a record-setting number of records during his first year in office.
Largest budget ever. Largest deficit ever. Largest number of broken promises ever. Most self-serving speeches ever. Largest number of agenda-setting failures ever. Fastest dive in popularity ever.

Wow! Talk about change.

Just one year ago, fresh from his inauguration celebrations, President Obama was flying high. After one of the nation’s most inspiring political campaigns, the election of America ‘s first black president had captured the hopes and dreams of millions. To his devout followers, it was inconceivable that a year later his administration would be gripped in self-imposed crisis.

Of course, they don’t see it as self-imposed. It’s all George Bush’s fault.

George Bush, who doesn’t have a vote in congress and who no longer occupies the White House, is to blame for it all.

He broke Obama’s promise to put all bills on the White House web site for five days before signing them.

He broke Obama’s promise to have the congressional health care negotiations broadcast live on C-SPAN.

He broke Obama’s promise to end earmarks.

He broke Obama’s promise to keep unemployment from rising above 8 percent.

He broke Obama’s promise to close the detention center at Guantanamo in the first year.

He broke Obama’s promise to make peace with direct, no precondition talks with America ‘s most hate-filled enemies during his first year in office, ushering in a new era of global cooperation.

He broke Obama’s promise to end the hiring of former lobbyists into high White House jobs.

He broke Obama’s promise to end no-compete contracts with the government.

He broke Obama’s promise to disclose the names of all attendees at closed White House meetings.

He broke Obama’s promise for a new era of bipartisan cooperation in all matters.

He broke Obama’s promise to have chosen a home church to attend Sunday services with his family by Easter of last year.

Yes, it’s all George Bush’s fault. President Obama is nothing more than a puppet in the never-ending failed Bush administration.
If only George Bush wasn’t still in charge, all of President Obama’s problems would be solved. His promises would have been kept, the economy would be back on track, Iran would have stopped its work on developing a nuclear bomb and would be negotiating a peace treaty with Israel . North Korea would have ended its tyrannical regime, and integrity would have been restored to the federal government.

Oh, and did I mention what it would be like if the Democrats, under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, didn’t have the heavy yoke of George Bush around their necks? There would be no ear marks, no closed-door drafting of bills, no increase in deficit spending, no special-interest influence (unions), no vote buying (Nebraska, Louisiana).

If only George Bush wasn’t still in charge, we’d have real change by now.

All the broken promises, all the failed legislation and delay (health care reform, immigration reform) is not President Obama’s fault or the fault of the Democrat-controlled Congress. It’s all George Bush’s fault.

Take for example the decision of Eric Holder, the president’s attorney general, to hold terrorists’ trials in New York City . Or his decision to try the Christmas Day underpants bomber as a civilian.

Two disastrous decisions.

Certainly those were bad judgments based on poor advice from George Bush.

Need more proof?

You might recall that when Scott Brown won the election to the U.S. Senate from Massachusetts , capturing “the Ted Kennedy seat”, President Obama said that Brown’s victory was the result of the same voter anger that propelled Obama into office in 2008. People were still angry about George Bush and the policies of the past 10 years. And they wanted change.

Yes, according to the president, the voter rebellion in Massachusetts was George Bush’s fault.

Therefore, in retaliation, they elected a Republican to the Ted Kennedy seat, ending a half-century of domination by Democrats. It is all George Bush’s fault.

Will the failed administration of George Bush ever end, and the time for hope and change ever arrive?

Will President Obama ever accept responsibility for something... - anything?

No-Warrant Ruling Brings U.S. ‘Closer to Police State’
A “dangerous” court ruling holds that government agents can sneak onto your property, attach a tracking device to your car, and monitor your every move without a warrant.
The ruling was originally handed down in January by the three-judge U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which covers California and eight other Western states. In August, a larger group of judges decided to let it stand.
“It is a dangerous decision one that, as the dissenting judges warned, could turn America into the sort of totalitarian state imagined by George Orwell,” Adam Cohen, an attorney and former member of the New York Times editorial board, writes in Time magazine.
The case began in 2007, when Drug Enforcement Administration agents suspected Oregon resident Juan Pineda-Moreno of growing marijuana. Agents sneaked onto his property at night and attached a GPS tracking device to the underside of his Jeep, which was parked in his driveway next to his trailer home.
Agents used the device to track the suspect to a marijuana growing site. He was arrested and convicted on marijuana manufacturing charges.
But Pineda-Moreno challenged the DEA’s actions, claiming they violated his Fourth Amendment rights protecting him from unreasonable search and seizure.
“The invasion of his driveway was wrong,” Cohen declared. “The courts have long held that people have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their homes and in the ‘curtilage,’ a fancy legal term for the area around the home.”
But the Ninth Circuit panel ruled that Pineda-Moreno’s driveway was not private.
“If a neighborhood child had walked up Pineda-Moreno’s driveway and crawled under his Jeep to retrieve a lost ball or runaway cat, Pineda-Moreno would have no grounds to complain,” the judges stated. “Thus, because Pineda-Moreno did not take steps to exclude passersby from his driveway, he cannot claim a reasonable expectation of privacy in it, regardless of whether a portion of it was located within the curtilage of his home.”
The court also ruled that the underside of Pineda-Moreno’s Jeep was not private property.
Chief Judge Alex Kozinski dissented from this month’s decision not to reconsider the case, stating: “The panel’s rationale for concluding that Pineda-Moreno had no reasonable expectation of privacy is even more worrisome than its disregard of Supreme Court precedent.”
He also wrote: “1984 may have come a bit later than predicted, but it’s here at last.”
Cohen warned: “If government agents can track people with secretly planted GPS devices virtually anytime they want, without having to go to a court for a warrant, we are one step closer to a classic police state.”
But the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has now ruled that tracking a person for an extended period of time with a GPS device is an invasion of privacy that requires a warrant.
Observers believe the issue will probably be decided by the Supreme Court.

THE TEA PARTY RESCUES AMERICA
By DICK MORRIS & EILEEN MCGANN
Published on DickMorris.com on August 16, 2010

For a decade, the left owned the streets. Subsidized by George Soros and energized by the Clinton impeachment in the 90s and the Iraq War since, it dominated the Internet and grass roots campaigning. Michael Moore’s movies - however misguided - enthused their ranks and catalyzed their efforts. ACORN worked to commit massive voter fraud in the guise of stimulating voter turnout and the New Black Panthers worked to intimidate those with whom they disagreed. President Barack Obama was the result.

Now, finally, conservatives are answering with their own grass roots efforts in the Tea Party movement. Tea Party activists are bringing the battle to stop big government spending and taxes to the streets and parks of America.

And its working! The Tea Party movement, working closely with Americans for Prosperity (AFP), mobilized people against the Obamacare proposal and, in the end, will cost the Democrats their Congressional majorities - a fitting price for defying the will of the people.

Democrats are so threatened that they are demonizing the Tea Party as eccentric, extreme and racist. Speaker Pelosi compared them to the Nazis. These are the cries of those about to lose an election - big time!

Now a new film, The Tea Party Movie, shows the anatomy of the group and explains its motivations. With almost no funding or paid staff and all decisions made at the local level, the Tea Party people are reshaping American politics. A bottom-up movement, they are restoring values to our politics.

The film, sometimes moving, sometimes funny, and always interesting is available online at http://www.teapartymovie.com. Do yourself a favor and watch it!

And, on September 12th, pack your bags and migrate to Sacramento, St. Louis, or Washington DC for the three mega-rallies sponsored by the Tea Party folks. Its time to get out of the grandstands and onto the playing field. We need a massive show of participation and enthusiasm to kick-off, animate, and catalyze the effort to throw the big spending socialists out of Congress in November! Go to http://teapartypatriots.org/Recycle/Recycle.aspx to learn more about the rallies. Organize your friends and neighbors to go and attend!

The Tea Party is not only electing Republicans, it is cleansing them. Their victories in intra-party contests in Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and South Carolina shows that they are no happier with big spending Republicans than with Democrats of a similar persuasion. Many worried that the Tea Party would be a third party movement, splitting the vote and electing the Democrats. No way. Instead, they are winning their primaries and purifying the Party.

What a great time to be alive and what a wonderful group to support!

PLEASE FORWARD THIS E-MAIL TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY
THANK YOU!
