Thanks. I was just curious as to how a small rural town got your attention. I also spent some time walking the red clay hills of Ft. Polk during basic back in the day.
For a while, they closed basic training at Ft. Polk, but they reopened it for basic training while I was there. I remember that red clay. It got in everything with our vehicles as well.
