So, Islam isn’t a belief system. It’s a gang. Once in, never out. As such, it isn’t a religion. Just a worldwide, well-funded, armed insurgency.
Were it a belief system, the central idea of willfull endorsement of the tenets of that faith would be in play. They aren’t.

What difference does the language make, or the idea of prosytlizing make? Belief implies choosing. If one can choose to be a muslim, why can’t they unchoose?

What’s with the so what? This is important as Petraeous is negotiating consistantly with the Aphganistan leadership...politically and otherwise. His decisions first and formost are to protect our troops....this action did so and I support that since they are not in the USA but in another country...figure it out.
