Sorry, Sarge. I am no back-bencher, and if fighting is required, I will fight. But this particular act does nothing to fight evil. The pastor would be more effective doing a series of sermons on what Islam is all about - teaching people about the evil, not pulling a media stunt.
I am appalled at the number of people who presume that if you object to a stunt like this because it is ultimately counter-productive, both politically and spiritually, you are somehow some pacifistic liberal...
It simply comes across as acquiescing to evil. Which imho is never an option for a Christian. Ever. Even if others are put in harms way.
