I am shocked by the anti-Christian rhetoric by 3 posters. Jim Robinson has made it clear that FR is pro-God.

This post is shocking.

The fact remains that for them, their Christianity comes before the Constitution.

The Founders were Christians. There are Christian scenes all over Congress and the Supreme Court buildings in DC. Our freedom COMES from God. I believe there's a document that states that. Some kind of declaration, wasn't it?

And then we get statements like this that defame Conservatives and FR: I guess I differ with most FReepers here. They seem to want only straight white Christians.. I find that a grievous insult to FR's diversity.

The question of homosexual rights based on behavior is a divisive one. And it looks like some have swallowed the lefty mantra.

I should not have said that. I apologize.

Of all people, I know FR accepts all of us. However, on these threads I see that gay conservatives would NOT be welcome here, and that is very sad to me.

Gays are born that way. Just as sexual development occurs in utero, so does the hardwiring for orientation. Don't take my word for it; research it yourself.

So there would be a lot of good conservatives who would be turned away because they love someone of their own sex, through as much fault of their own as people with Down Syndrome or Diabetes 1.
