Brian Willams asks Obama: What does it say that Glenn Beck is able to draw a crowd of over 300k people? (Video)

Over and over again all Bush ever said was how great it was we live in a country where people have the 1st amendment right to disagree with the government.
It used to drive me crazy, I wanted him to fight back but he never did. He just kept turning the other cheek.
the crowd was 800 thousand to 1 million..and did no one tell O that it was in tribute to MLK? I’m sorry but its the black leadership and mr. affirmative action community organizer that should hold their heads down in shame.
Maybe my memory is selective but I do not. I only recall things about what a great country America is for its freedom to do so and respecting differences of opinion.
Obama’s recent statements about Beck, those who attended the rally, the birth certificate and people thinking he’s Muslim are childish, divisive and unpresidential.
He’s still just a rabble-rousing community organizer from Chicago engaging in street-level partisan politics. That’s his default mode and he will never be anything more because that’s his norm and all he knows.
That’s all I remember, too.
the 9/12 and 8/28 are but the smallest tip of the iceburg, Cap’n Obama, and there’ll be a huge tsunami in November and again two years hence. President Palin will have to fumigate the mansion, but a small price to pay for your exit...
Perhaps my memory is selective but Jimmy Carter may be the last Democrat president to not act like an adolescent while in office. That’s a pretty sad state of affairs for the Democrat Party.
Your memory must be very selective—because Jimmy Abortion DID act act adolescent in office—and since.
Bush is a grown man.
Obama...not so much.

(I knew you would!)
Yes, since he left office, he’s been in his second childhood and has spent quite a bit of his retirement being insulting, but I don’t recall him doing this while he was president. Just checked, no marches/rallies from conservatives during his term, so that’s why no disparaging remarks about those who didn’t agree with him.
Was that for ONE night only? Will O'Reilly keep his word? Stay tuned.
Maybe he will on election day November 2nd
There are TWO possibilities, either Obama is the dumbest pile of s#H*T to ever occupy a political seat in America
OR
Obama's job is to destroy America as you and I know it. This is the right answer. If you wanted to hurt America you could attack like the Japanese did in WWII, you see what happened there
OR
You could spend a few $million and get this clown elected President. Saudi Arabia, Iran and others are thinking they got some real bang for their bucks with the clown named Obama. The country will never recover after he gets through with CAP AND TRADE, Obama Care, Financial "reform" etc.
Americans are just plain stupid, many still think this clown may be a socialist, Brian Williams will tell us what to think....
Also notable is their behavior once out of office.
Tradition has been for former presidents to not meddle or insert themselves into the affairs of the sitting president. Former Republican presidents have honored that whereas Carter and Clinton were vocal critics of the Bush administration.
Given his current behavior, I expect that Obama will be even worse when he’s booted from office in ‘12.
Does anyone wonder what the decor of the Oval Office will be after all the expensive renovation which has occurred while the Obamas are in Martha’s Vineyard?
Eschew BOR; a spinning pinhead, he is.
I never watch O’Reilly; but I will watch Beck if he gets the bloviator’s spot for one night.
It wasn’t surprising that Martin Luther King stirred up a certain portion of the nation either.
“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all it’s citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear” -Harry S. Truman
Whatever the actual numbers of the rally, there were millions who would’ve attended that couldn’t. These were hard working patriots that took their own money, some took time off from work that couldn’t afford to. 99% have never taken part in any protest ever. The kenyan is comparing this rally to a left wing, hate filled, molotov cocktail heaving bunch of thugs that otherwise have nothing on their plate. These weren’t “professionals” that live in their Mom’s basement.
These were people who represent a much larger crowd that WILL go to the polls in November and that wouldn’t let anything stand in their way! People that have been awakened and are educated to what’s happening to their country. In large part, thanks to Glenn Beck. His TV show should be required viewing for all HS students!
That “certain portion of the country” is much bigger than you think, madame presidente.
No matter what they said about President Bush, he always responded by saying that was one of the great things about America. Obama acts below the dignity of the office by dismissing the good and decent people who went to Washington.
