He spoke to Michelangelo Signorile...who is not only gay...but liberal and quite hostile toward conservatives of all stripes.

So this shows Farah's dustup with Coulter wasn't about his principles, but his being an attention whore.

What a shock.

Not.

I really think this has gone over the edge, telling her to whom she may and may not talk to, and then going on the radio with one of the “forbidden.” Is there some kind of rule that says people aren’t even supposed to talk to gays? If so, who made it up? I thought we were supposed to hate the sin but love the sinner.

Why shouldn’t conservatives appear on liberal media?

If I’m not mistaken, even atheist Madelyn Murray O’Hare appeared on Falwell’s shows before.

So if gays comprise 1-3% of the general population then conservative gays must be much less than 1% of the population. Why do liberals, gays, ecofreaks, and others expect greater power than their population numbers would indicate?

But will he disinvite himself from his own stage for having done it? If this is true, this ought to get interesting.

So going on CNN with Anderson Cooper is now the same as giving a paid speech that helps promote a homosexual group pretending to be conservative?

Although I generally agree with Farah, I think he has handled this badly.

I still agree with Farah on this one. It is not about merely speaking to a liberal or a homosexual (same thing) but about giving credibility to a group. Ann Coulter’s acceptance of speaking at this group of (so-called conservative) homosexual perverts is giving their group credence. Merely speaking on a radio show is not the same thing.

Those claiming hypocrisy are comparing apples and oranges and miss the point completely.

From the article...

“This is my beef with conservatism: it’s always losing ground,” Farah told Signorile. “That’s why I don’t consider myself a conservative.”

So his appearance on these shows as the voice of opposition equals Coulter being on MSM shows pushing conservatism to lib talking heads..

There is difference between debating and embracing homosexual activists. Apparently, the nit wit that wrote the article can’t make that distinction.

Joseph Farah started this whole dust up by publishing private a email exchange between he and Ann. He continues fueling the fire, not only to generate hits to his website, but to generate publicity for his conference. Ann's been almost silent on the controversy while Farah is out attacking Ann daily.

Who's the publicity whore here?

Let me know if you'd like to be added to the Ann Coulter ping list.

Wonder what homotroll added the “NBC” keyword to this thread? They seem to be crawling out of the woodwork lately. Might as well be reading DU or daily kos... FR is turning into moonbat central.

Farah is right:

“Talking to homosexuals and engaging them on the issues of the day is one thing. Accepting paid speaking assignments from homosexual activist lobbying groups promoting same-sex marriage, open homosexuality in the U.S. military ranks and hate crimes legislation is quite different,” Farah said in the email. “…I [do not] believe GOProud has a conservative agenda at all on taxes, health care and the role of government. GOProud is, as its chairman has stated, 100 percent about the promotion of a radical, anti-American, anti-freedom homosexual agenda.”

Here's a nice tidbit from Michelangelo Signorile speaking his mind:

An excerpt from:
In Their Own Words: The Homosexual Agenda:
Homosexual activist Michelangelo Signorile, who writes periodically for The New York Times, summarizes the agenda in OUT magazine (Dec/Jan 1994):

-------------------------------------

"A middle ground might be to fight for same-sex marriage and its benefits and then, once granted, redefine the institution of marriage completely, to demand the right to marry not as a way of adhering to society's moral codes, but rather to debunk a myth and radically alter an archaic institution... The most subversive action lesbian and gay men can undertake --and one that would perhaps benefit all of society--is to transform the notion of family entirely."

"Its the final tool with which to dismantle all sodomy statues, get education about homosexuality and AIDS into the public schools and in short to usher in a sea change in how society views and treats us."
