Traffic to Palingates (along with Mudflats) has absolutely imploded recently. In an effort to boost their traffic, they have produced the following video of Governor Palin and Todd at the Valdez airport. My primary thought is why would a Palin opponent want anyone to see this video?
This video shows nearly everyone in the airport approaching Palin for autographs and pictures. They all want to have a conversation with her. And once again, she approached this hack who couldn't even hold a video camera without shaking. I thought the narrative about Palin was that she didn't ever face dissenting viewpoints or opponents. Well, this video pretty clearly shows the opposite as she's the one who initiated the engagement.
By the way, how is "I'm here with my wife" an answer to Todd's question about what you were doing with a video camera. Forget about Todd, it looks like "Hawk" couldn't even stand up to the very short woman on Greta's staff.
Here’s a heads-up to all those who have the urge to photograph and video tape Governor Palin or anyone in the Palin family when the Palin’s go around minding their own business. The Palin’s like videos and pictures too, so if you record them they will photograph and record you right back. Gone are the days where you can hide behind the camera without showing your face. We are sure that if your intent is sincere you will have no problem with it.
Our message to Todd and Governor Palin, feel free to email us the photos you took of this character. We'd be happy to publish them for you and any other photos or video you've taken of the other stalkers who have harassed you.

Taking a picture of a guy with a video camera is pretty juvenile on her part. Is she that naive to think that the whole exchange wouldn’t be on Youtube. Just smile and wave, Sarah. Don’t pull stunts that make you look petty.
Yes, I spotted her...LOL. They’re in the seating area. In one of the articles, I read that she was a Greta staffer, but who knows? I didn’t see Greta in the video.
I sure think they need security, but I guess Sarah and Todd feel safe at home in Alaska.
LOL. Getting his photo is both smart and necessary. Stalkers can be dangerous people and ditto for political operatives. Obviously, he wasn't an enamored fan. Do you know his motive or reason for "filming" her? I think not.
The you-tube makes both Sarah and Todd LOOK GOOD! She's gracious at the start and he's protective throughout.
A Democratic source said it's not just for 2010, but that they also will ask voters to keep tabs on the GOP's 2012 presidential candidates who are being relatively ignored with most of the focus on the hotly contested midterms.

You’re take is the same as mine, but you’ve expressed yourself much better than I could ever hope to. He’s definitely “creepy wierd” and Todd was correct to take the video of him.
I recall reading that the Palin’s have a security team, (the stalker author next door - Joe McGuinnis) but maybe they feel too safe when they travel in outlying locales in Alaska. They were filming with Greta in ANWR and Valdez, so this creep knew their schedule. UGH.

What is wrong with you? Once they asked him his name and he didn’t response at first...they took pictures for security purposes, you don’t know who this guy is...it’s not a bad video of Sarah or Todd, because the guy was talking weird and acting strange, Sarah approach him and shook his hand....and for you to turn it on Sarah is dumb!
At first I was going to refuse to watch the video. Then I watched it. The guy is an obvious weirdo. He was hoping to have a Rodney King type moment he could have to make him famous. Palin just shows how gracious and decent she is posing for pictures with people there. I love her friendly aggressiveness she uses with this guy. BTW when exactly would people go skateboarding in Alaska?

If his goal was to make Sarah look bad, it appears that his plan fell apart, though. Judging by his shaky and trembling hands, his biting down on his false teeth, and the positioning of the camera (suggesting he is a very short fellow, maybe a five footer), I have to wonder if he might be the ex-Freeper obsessed with Sarah who kept posting 'all Sarah all the time?'
