Not with a bill breaker machine. The note is scanned to determine value and then immediately dispenses smaller bills. In casinos you can insert your ticket that was dispesed when you cash out of a slot machine and get exact change from the bill breaker as well
I’m guessing those are the casino’s machines, not the bank’s.
And casinos have cameras all over the place, so I assume they’d be able to ferret out someone passing numerous counterfeits.
