Okay, then please correct me. Do you support the right (not necessarily rightness) of the specific private owners on the land in question to build a mosque?

Not if the particular use of the property is an act of war on the United States.

The 9-11 attacks WERE an act of war, and this mosque is an extension of that act. It is a direct attack on our people, our principles, and liberty.

Of course I believe they have the right to build it. I also believe people have the right to protest outside it daily, organize boycotts against anyone involved, encourage construction workers to walk off the job, built barbecues and/or gay bars next to it, and any other non-violent means to prevent this thing from being built.
