America is controlled by a government/press that has people believing that only nuts believe in conspiracies. If you still don't realize that Obama and his revolutionary radicals are out to steal everything they can from you including OUR country then your functional IQ is seriously below room temperature.
OK, but that can't be fixed or even reasonably fought against. Too many people like and profit from the system the way it is. So the only question to ask is: Can an individual carve out a life for himself under this admittedly corrupt system that is better than the one he could carve out if the system fell and were replaced by anarchy (return to a Constitutional Republic being virtually out of the question)?
This is the question confronting every conservative politician within a few weeks or months of taking offfice. Virtually all of them decide to try to work within the corrupt system and influence it as best they can, rather than risk being murdered. Being called a RINO isn't so bad, set against the alternative. But that is also why it isn't worth getting excited about any politician wearing the "Republican" label - they might empathize with your position and even work to overcome particularly odious statist impulses where they can. But they dare not challenge The System that gave us the Bushes, Clinton, and Obama. How can they?
