Kavkaz Centre is questionable. My source in Moscow and the Bulgarian report are solid. Something is happening, something bad!

From someone just old enough to remember the bad old days, and educated enough to know what happens in famine stricken Russia.. I’m worried.

Reading the comments on the BBC suggests that the smoke in Moscow isn't ordinary smoke encompassing the city. I know that over two hundred new fires have broken out in Russia, but the last I read the fires were still about 70 kilometers from Moscow. I have been reading Le Figaro for the last few days and there was one article trying to alleviate fears for those in France that the fumes might be hazardous. One of the articles I read in Le Figaro seemed to say that the Russians were desperately trying to remove dangerous, hazardous materials as fast as possible from the fires by truck.
