True, but we know what hospital he was born in. Never was any other hospital named as the place. We know for certain that his father and mother were US citizens too.
We know, or think we know, that BHO's father was not. We have many indications, including the transcripts of the proceedings of the Kenyan Parliament, on multiple occasions, indicating that BHO was not born in the US. We have many articles in African newspapers saying the same thing. We have different articles in different US outlets saying he was born in two different hospitals. In short, there was absolutely zero question that GWB was born in the US of two US citizen parents. There are lots of indications that BHO was not born in the US and that his father was not a US citizen.
A minimum it's for citizens, natural born, native born, or naturalized. But here is the full Constitutional definition. I think even mere residents could qualify.
Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Notice it says "no person" not "no citizen".
I still think it was all too convenient for Ozero’s grandmother to die when she did...the entire scenario around Ozero is just bizarre and makes you wonder how much of ALL this in government is just a complete scam!
You are quite correct, but our opinions may differ on what this evidence demonstrates. I think he was most likely born in Hawaii but there is plenty of room for doubt.
Neither George W. Bush or Barack Obama was required to produce a birth certificate in order to run for President. Neither was John McCain, although he freely released his. Obama met the same requirements as all those who have gone before. We could change all of that, of course, but any new requirement to prove eligibility would not apply retroactively.

Actually he did not. He may have shown it to the Senate committee, and he supposedly showed it to a WaPo reporter. But the versions floating about the 'net are fake, just as BO's CoLB is. One of them very obviously so.

So you buy the "my dog ate my homework" excuse lock stock and barrel even though the dog would have had to enter a locked secured area for authorized persons only,(no dogs allowed) access a secure file, eat the homework in front of people, then leave without leaving a trace of having been there? No paw prints no digested homework residue, no trace of marking his territory, no shedding hair and no displaced fleas left behind. Also this stealth dog segregated only the important "tasty" T bone steak homework and left the non-important less tasty hamburger behind for inexplicable reasons. This must be one amazing Shutzhound! Then when the missing homework is discovered the dogs master makes up some bald face unbelievable assertion contrary to law and without any supporting documentation and specifics trying to excuse what happened to the homework, you believe it.

You apparently can't draw at least an inference of impropriety or refuse to do so because it doesn't match your agenda. The rest of the free world, liberals included who are able to read and write and are at least as smart as a fifth grader, who can walk and chew bubble gum at the same time, and know enough to come out of the pouring rain and dress themselves, are capable of understanding something is seriously wrong even though it doesn't coincide with their agenda.
Well, you need evidence that Obama was born overseas. Until then, you have...nothing.
It is true the Supreme Court has not specifically ruled on the meaning of ‘natural born citizen’, but they have discussed it multiple times, and fairly regularly used natural born and native born interchangeably....so the whole “Obama is British” ain’t going to cut it.
So right now, there is no ‘there’ there.

There actually is evidence. It has been stubbornly ignored. This a political operation to protect the con.
There are myriad people, transcripts, (for example, Kenyan Parliament Minsister of Lands as recently as March 2010, transcribed in official records) and doc forensics that are downright astonishing.
There is SO much evidence. Enough to give every journalist the smoke to find the fire.
The “there” there is being systematically suppressed —course you know that, Mr Rogers.
