I can assure you that Dr. Escoffery is engaged in this thread live right now. Since his account is brand new his posts have to go through a mod first, which is the reason for the delay.. Its all good. I hope you advised Dr. E of the recorded scrutiny that he may endure here on FR. I applaud his chutzpah, but am concerned for him on this forum.
