Well, unless you've numbered incorrectly, you're referring to the John Drew reference about discussing Marxism with Obama when he was in college.
While Drew's account may or may not be true, it certainly isn't insane if it's true. Marx may be a crank, but both he and Marxism are products of Western culture. Marxism is taught in colleges under the headings of philosophy and political theory. Obama has admitted studying Marxism at times. I'd say it's a certainty he discussed Marxism with someone during his college years.
It's highly likely as well that he espouses certain political tenants we conservatives would call socialist. That's why I didn't vote for him. Do you think that's news to anyone?
What is insane for a grown man is to buy into utter claptrap like Obama being a secret CIA agent who patriotically served US interests by supporting the resistance to Soviet occupation in Afghanistan. That would actually be a credit to him, which Manning doesn't understand because he doesn't have his basic dates and time lines correct. It's also quite insane to think you can conduct your own personal trial in your basement and have it mean anything. If, as a grown man, you buy into something that silly, I do pity you.

How is it that the government passport archives website says the government has meticulously saved all passport applications going back to 1795, and yet in a letter to a person requesting Obama’s mother’s passport applications, they claim her 1960-1965 records were destroyed to save space? And why did it take almost two years and a federal lawsuit to get the state department to release these records to begin with, when such requests are routine by people doing genealogy searches?

That was incredibly interesting. hmmmmm One thing we know for sure is that he had more than one name and he lied about never having any name other than the one he uses now. He was Barry Soetoro at on time and that is a FACT!

You will not find a law school in the country that would endorse such patent nonsense. The certainty with which you assume it has validity is interesting in a psychological sense, but is utterly devoid of factual merit. That's why these "WE THE PEOPLE" trials don't result in anything--they have no legal standing. Zero. Nada. Zilch.
There's a very good reason for that. Consider the following thought experiment. Suppose someone that didn't like you decided to conduct their own trial of you for some morally and legally loathsome act of which you are innocent. Now suppose they got twelve other people who didn't like you, met in their basement, and convicted you. Would there be any legitimacy at all to that result? You would rightfully consider it ludicrous and offensive, and be outraged if some local prosecutor decided to act on such nonsense and arrest you. Fortunately for you, the full weight of the law would descend on the idiot prosecuting you because he has no legitimate basis for accusing you of anything.
There is a reason the power to convict you, to legally deprive you of your good name and freedom, is reserved to the state. Because the state in this country is bound by rules of cause and evidence. Mobs of private citizens recognize no such bounds. There is, after all, a reason that the term "mob justice" is one of disrepute. One of the triumphs of civilization is precisely moving away from mob justice.

I have listened to Manning. In terms of legal knowledge, he is a buffoon. Most birthers know that.

A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.
Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department's Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.
Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene."

I'm wondering.... is it possible that not only is BHO *not* African-American in a conventional sense, but that he is NOT African, not at all --- and THAT is what the first "Black President" and the DNC are so very terrified might become public knowledge.
