The problem with E-verify is that the government is requiring businesses to fight illegal immigration when the government itself won’t. It’s the liberal way of adding another burden on employers. And it’s all due to the government’s failure to do its job.

Somebody does beneficial service for you, you have to pay him. I dont care if he is legal or illegal, so long as the service itself is legal. It is against the law for someone who is here illegally to work and even for some who are here legally depending on what kind of visa they have. And it is illegal for someone to hire an illegal. We either believe in the Rule of Law or not. Your reasoning is nuts.

Employers already should be checking potential employees. At minimum calling past employers and checking school records and any degrees listed. One more step is not all that difficult.

The insane statements are never ending. Next up, if the government doesnt throw every conservative in jail immediately, it would be unconstitutional.
Oh it is coming - make being a GOP illegal.

Isn’t there a legal term called “poisoned fruit”? That is, a good (legal) deed done by a bad (illegal) deed is evil (illegal).
In other words, killing another to protect oneself, having commited a crime, is still murder. So Stark is not only wrong, he is actually advocating lawlessness.
How can you trust a man named Fortney?

Stark should be the poster child for abortion on demand.

Incorrect. Killing someone in order to protect [defend] yourself [or even your family] is legitimately justified. If if wasn't defense then it was not a justified homicide... determining whether or not it was defense, and therefore justified, may rest upon a jury in sufficiently ambiguous circumstances.

Gotta give the senile old communist credit for at least showing up at town halls, but one day he's going to mouth off at the wrong person and will get a serious ass-beating.
I just hope someone gets a video of it, and provides an address to contribute the ass-beater's defense fund!
