A step in the right direction.

Other sources are attacking this under the premise "federal health care law violates the Constitution’s Commerce Clause by ordering individual citizens to buy a good or service (health insurance) on pain of financial punishment - something never done in U.S. history.

Though not presented by O and Crew before passage, we are now just learning they claim they can do it under the premise it is 'taxation.'

Well even if they rule that unconstitutional, lets not forget that income taxes were ruled unconstitutional on a number of occasions. Perhaps the 28th amendment will give the government the power to tax us for existing...or do the already do that?!?
