I still don’t get the lawyers, lawsuits and fascism thing.
Already we are seeing lawsuit after lawsuit claiming that businesses discriminated based upon a person’s sexual behavior. The leftist agenda is to force their perverted morality on others. If they win this battle in the America in regards to redefining marriage it will create a boom of lawsuits thus empowering trial lawyers. The left will be able to continually push the envelope as to what types of behavior must be accepted by business and individuals. Thus they will further intertwine business and government in the sense that business will more and more fear the left-wing and left-wing political agendas will become more so important than simply making good business decisions. Thus we have more of the fascist agenda of politicizing the market.
