Can you explain how the laws he has signed should remain in effect if it turns out he is indeed an illegitimate POTUS?

How does that even make sense?

They are presently laws. You sincerely believe that a majority of the Supreme Court, or a majority of Congress will agree that all legislation voted on by majority of Congress will now be null and void?

I don't think you can even get a majority of people on this thread who believe that will ever happen.

BTW...STE=Q, Here is a perfect example of a "magic undo" theorists.

to pass laws they must be passed by congress and signed by the president or a veto overridden..if the usurper did not have authority how could the laws be passed?

It's not a "magic undo theory", it's uncharted waters and there are no answers.

Do I think the SCOTUS or any other "representative" has the guts to call this man out? No

As for all of the other unconstitutional things this man has done, are they calling him out for that as well? No

Have you been able to stop him and his cabal on any other issue? No

Where does it stop, what do we do?

You can bend over and take it, me, I'll fight....if you don't like it, tough.

There is a principle of law, which has been recognized by the Supreme Court, called the De Facto Officer Doctrine:

"The de facto officer doctrine confers validity upon acts performed by a person acting under the color of official title even though it is later discovered that the legality of that person's appointment or election to office is deficient." - link

Thus, even if Obama is conclusively found to be ineligible to hold the office of POTUS, this will not automatically negate any of the decisions (including bill signatures) he has made.
