No. I worked at a Federal Records Center in Texas. At least 30 years ago there were something like 8 such facilities.

But an entire set of records is easier for me to believe as lost (inadvertently destroyed) than a single record of one person.

If only certain records of Stanley Anne Dunham or BHO or whoever were “lost”, I don’t think that would be an accident. It would mean someone went to incredible lengths to hide the real history of the Interloper in Chief.

I agree. It makes no sense that the mother's early passport application records have been destroyed with no archival.
