Obama's setting himself up for a HUMILIATING defeat in this war he's waging on Arizona... and most Americans oppose what he's doing.

Voting Democrat for most people is like eating at McDonalds.

You forget how sick it makes you feel later but it tastes so good going down.

Then you swear it off for another few years until you forget again.

I posted this before and I stand by it:

Susan Bolton has flaws in her rulings. Rulings that could lead to trouble for the Federal Government. First off, 287g passed by President Clinton allows states to enter into a memorandum of agreement to carry out the responsibilities of Immigration. This allows local officers to perform those same duties that ICE officer can perform. Arizona is participating in that. Bolton just struck down that law. In effect, she is making immigration policy from the bench, an illegal act under the US constitution. Next, the provision in the Arizona bill that made it illegal for illegals to solicit work on the side of the road was flawed. Cities and communities across the USA have city ordinances forbidding this action. Susan Bolton banned this from the bill. She has said in her ruling that illegals in not only Arizona, but country wide now can solicit work on the streets. Another new immigration policy. So, according to the New DC Regime, the Feds can now make any policy they want without congressional oversight or congressional approval. And with out a presidential signing statement. We just saw the beginnings of a radical change in the federal government. One that is the complete opposite of the Republic we once had. So the question lies now, do citizens obey the illegal government, or do they disregard this ruling and re establish a new provisional government?

As a note I embrace those who want to come here and be a part of this country. And I will be the first to help them establish legal residency. I am against the exploitation of those here illegally by politicians such as the Obama administration. They deserve a fair wage, and the ability to pay into a system that will give them benefits. But when we have a federal government that wants to keep them illegal, and wants them to be used as slave labor, a system that we abolished in 1863, we must change that administration by all possible means. Susan Bolton gave a ruling based on politics, not on the resolution of the illegal alien. She is a puppet of the Administration that advocates slavery in the USA. As a Native American (Part Cherokee) and a Union Member, I denounce the decision of Susan Bolton.

I read the decision and did not see any mention of 9th or 10th amendments. Those are the key. The states, by becoming “united”, did not forfeit all their rights
