Actually, they do have a substancial interest. Where do you think this country would be economically if the $22 billion a year that was drained from us and sent to Mexico had remained here and circulated to build a decent base? That is $22 billion a year for at least 10 years. We were Mexico’s largest revenue source after oil.

If they are in accordance with federal law, they are in accordance with Arizona law and they have no problem. They show their ID and they move on.
