You and I and everyone else here knows this but I don’t think the feds would look at it any different and I think local law enforcement would look to them before making a move. I’d love to be wrong!!!

If anyone has unlawfully taken over someone else's property, the state, county and local people would have jurisdiction. That is not a federal question, but a local one that violates all sorts of state laws, including simple trespassing. Can local law enforcement respond if illegals are robbing a bank, or holding up a convenience store?

But I'm not convinced this has happened. Why would Mexican drug cartels take over ranches on the US side? It makes no sense.
