It is my most HUMBLE opinion that these gangs KNOW we're not going to do anything to them.
They ARE taking over America...these people are EVERYwhere...so this news, if it turns out to be true, will not surprise me one bit. They're in the process of taking over the southwest...FOR STARTERS.
