The question, though, is what Mario Apuzzo has learned from losing the appeal. Has he learned something about standing? Has he learned that the Presidents eligibility once in office is not justiciable? Or am I wrong about that?
You're wrong as usual. What I've learned Dr. CON that the US judiciary frequently disagrees with itself, and the Supreme Court frequently overturns the Appellate Courts. It doesn't take much of an effort to see that SCOTUS slaps the lower courts down with regularity.
Then there is the judicial doctrine of "Ripeness" as you never know when SCOTUS may feel it is time to hear the Obama eligibility issue ..."worthy" of adjudication.
The family has a lot of money and the Dr. is doing well, but after a point it was obvious their father had lost it.
Thanx. I read the link.
I know that!!!
But where is the difference in reporting, or is it that you prefer the National over the Globe as YOUR preference???
However, the Democrat party does seem to sense a certain lack of enthusiasm among the more fervent Obamanauts for the midterms. They fear low turnout of their base.
Hence, the anti-Arizona legal movement, and myriad articles in Obama-friendly rags, in which the story explains away the shocking headline, although the effect is always to show that the hero is in trouble. Since, for example, Kid Kenya received 97% of the "African-American" vote, it is important that the high turnout in the 2008 election be maintained if at all possible for the midterm, and by any and all means. I maintain this faux news story, which is a rehash of several stories the tabloid has already run, is part of that effort.
It is in my opinion, just a journalistic variation of the Obama "Straw Man" strategy.
Where's the difference? Some of what the Enquirer reported was actually true.
And what's not true in Globe's???
Last I heard the Bush's were still happily married.
LOL beat ya to it I aleady paid the 5K and expect my money this weekend. Neener Neener ;)
I saw this at the store this morning and just howled and then put it up in front of popular mag at eye level.
We’ve known this now for how long?
And what is NOT true in Globe???
The Bush's are still happily married, last time I checked.
