Pete Stark Proposes Currency Tax: Currency Tax Mimics UN's Millennium Goal

Democrat Congressman Rep. Pete Stark (D-CA) introduced a bill to create a tax on currency yesterday. He says it will create a U.S. fund to assist developing countries with the impacts of global warming, and create a Global Health Trust Fund to fight HIV/AIDS, and other diseases, and well as funding Obama's pledge to the U.N.

This legislation is right out of the U.N.'s Millennium Development Goal, which Obama is required to follow if his Global Poverty Bill ever passes.

Pass a law imposing a tax on senility, and use it to take all of Fortney’s obscene personal fortune, much of which, I believe, has been realized after he was elected to the House.
