Still needs 2/3rds ratification and that isn’t going to happen.

You might get the ugly sisters of Maine and Scott Brown to go with this but it will absolutely fall short of 2/3rds.

Not even close enough for them to “Deem it”.

Maine is one of the most pro-second amendment states in the U.S.

If Snowe and/or Collins went along with this, they would be drawn and quartered by the (many) gun owners of Maine.

I would agree. Although its completely irrational any sort of gun ban would play very badly in rank/file dem circles. In my end of the world there are plenty of dems who would spit blood if their weapons were banned. So, if Barry and his DC shills did get to the point where they had the votes or feel they could play the ‘deem’ game I think Things would go very very badly in a big hurry.
