“IF America would ban islam like it will eventually have to do...”

Being that while the GOP controlled the White House, the House and Senate for five years after 9/11 and there was no effort put forth to ban Islam, I doubt that such a move will be undertaken under our current leadership.

However, the Constitution stands and for those of us who understand the Constitution, it is clear that all citizens, as long as they can pay for it, have the right to own property.

Yes they do... and they also have Freedom of Speech... but they cannot yell fire in a full theater... that is what we have going on here. They can build their mosque in NY... but they should NOT be allowed to build it on top of where their murderous islamo fascist brethren killed 3000 of our brothers and sisters.
