As I get it, since reality is affected by relativity, therefore culture is affected by legal decisions.

Help me out here.
So Tribe made an ass out of himself by writing a bunch of drivel and 0 got his name on it as a sort of honorable mention. Doesn’t this mostly show that Tribe is the dork, and 0 went along for the ride? How does this say anything about 0? This sort of thing goes on all the time in academia.
I wasn’t about to wade through all that horse hockey - but is Tribe basically saying “everything’s relative” - i.e. the old “living, breathing” crap? If so, again, there’s probably not a whole lot new here except for the fact that Tribe dressed his article up with a lot of physics mumbo-jumbo.
Or is there another way to look at this?
