Since when are the qualifying documents to serve as potus the responsibility of the electoral college? There is no requirement for document production in the Constitution.
Presumably, electors or Members of Congress at the Special Joint Session for examining the votes can request such documents - none did.

There is no requirement for document production in the Constitution. There IS a Constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age, however.
How are those requirements supposed to be fulfilled if not by producing the documents?
