I don’t know what evidence you speak of that could stand up in court, any more than the online COLB would, assuming even a judge sympathetic to the eligibility question.
There was a thread on here a year or so ago that went for thousands of posts, showing THE Kenyan birth certificate. Yet, its provenance is disputable. It was disclaimed both by the owner of this site, and by WND which has been beating the eligibility drum roughly forever.
It is also reported that BHO, Sr’s mother said she was at the birth of BHO, Jr. in Mombassa, but that testimony has not been brought forward by any of the attorneys in any of the cases, at least that I know of. And for good reason. It’s either a rumor rather than report, cannot be verified, or the woman’s memory is questionable and her testimony would not stand up in court, even if it’s true.
I am not sure where that leaves us, but if you know of any evidence that would stand up in court, let us know what it is. Instinct and gut feelings just don’t count

It fits in with the time line for the Obama Sr./Stanley Ann Dunham divorce proceedings from Jan 20-March 20, 1964. The judge must know who parents are before he awards child support/custody and that is disclosed by a birth certificate.
Just so happens these divorce papers skip page 11 with a missing page in back, which would have been said birth certificate:

This registered birth certificate copy has been presented in court under oath. It has real stamps and signatures of real people. In addition we have excellent PROVENANCE of it being filed and requested in a previous court proceeding LONG BEFORE THE ISSUE OF OBAMA’S NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP.
There is no provenance of any document presented by Obama in court or otherwise. No birth certificate; not even his online short form has been filed with evidentiary certificate under oath in any court proceeding. Which is because it’s a forgery.
That’s the great thing about COMMON SENSE and DEDUCTION, you don’t have to be document analysis expert to know what document is a forgery.
No evidence is getting to court because Zero’s top law firms are getting cases dismissed on political question, standing, jurisdiction — nothing on the merits.
And thus far, you need comparative (expensive) counsel to go against such MASSIVE legal muscle, and Barry’s lead counsel under direction of Robert Bauer from Perkins Coie has been on this for quite some time. A part time lawyer and dentist, such as Taitz for example, with limited financial resources, staff, is no match.
WND, etc can say whatever they want, it should be mentioned, in the past few years concerning this issue, tidbits were found and posted here on FreeRepublic, usually months to a week before WND even posted the headlines. (Though they did come ahead with the former senior elections clerk in Hawaii, Tim Adams; I never noticed anything posted here beforehand.)

Another not so disclosed were the missionaries who witnessed the pregnant white girl named Stanley (would you remember?) being denied boarding on a return flight to the U.S.
Moreover, copies of the obtained birth certificate copy were manipulated and posted all over the web by the merchants of chaos at the dummycrat underground,etc. and it was falsely reported that said document was a forgery using a template on another site..until archived records revealed the website had been just recently created for the diversion.
My experiences are there are active legal brats, minions, etc directed from ultimately the White House to murky up the internet powerhouse of information. They stir up lies, create confusion, a complete psy-ops campaign, and the scrubbing of documents and websites has clearly happened under Zero’s current goon and ex-CIA John Brennan. Zero has already mentioned in public he was born in Kenya when he was Senator and years before, there are witnesses who signed affidavits presented in court. And there is most certainly evidence found that is withheld to avoid compromise of sources, etc. As far as Obama Sr.’s mother’s testimony, I’m not sure.
