Obama is a tragedy in more ways than one. He has brought racism alive after years of keeping it at bay. There are so many opportunities for blacks in particular solely for the color of their skin - affirmative action and it's never enough. Powell took advantage of that and later you see his true colors.
It must come from WITHIN. Look at Lincoln, dirt poor oodles of tragedy in his life and look what he did. The truth is many blacks hide behind skin color and do nothing to help themselves. Good ones are out there - Clarence Thomas, Alan Keyes and Sowell - men I'd feel privileged to meet ... and other blacks trash them because they are decent and accomplished much in life.
