I very much doubt that her predecessor (Stevens) believes in them either. ...nor does Ginsburg, Sotomayor, or Breyer. So this is nothing new.

Stevens considers himself a Conservative, according to some of his interviews.(ha ha) I find it hard to believe that the four of them would dismiss the Declaration of Independence as Kagan is ready to do. Maybe I’m wrong but I find her appointment much more alarming than simply replacing Stevens with another liberal. Atleast Stevens was an experienced judge. Kagan will be a rubber stamp for Obama’s hate filled agenda and a monkey wrench for the Robert’s court that Obama obviously detests
