I was told that the Israelis did not use 9mm Uzi’s because they did not want the rounds to pass through the enemy and kill hostages. That they were mostly armed with American made 45ACP Ingram Mac 10’s because of the slower velocity and more knock down power...do you know if this is true?

I really have no idea. I just saw where some of the bullets impacted. I couldn't even tell you what caliber was used. I do know they used C-130s to get there. Herks forever!
