Rep. Luis Gutierrez and Laura Ingraham discuss immigration reform and Obama’s upcoming immigration speech, which is scheduled for tomorrow.
Gutierrez told Ingraham:

Luis always looks like he’s one step from being charged as a child molester to me.

It bothers me to see a representative from Illinois with an Hispanic accent. I remember when that could only happen in a border state. Now we’ve allowed illegal aliens to move all the way to the white house.

Gutierrez is of Puerto Rican ancestry. Nothing illegal about that. Chicago has been a melange of accents since forever ago. The trouble is, a weasel like Luis, as corrupt and cynical as he is, still has a job for life when he is representing a district as goofy as Il-4. The problem here isn't ethnic, it's beyond political. It's institutional, and it's personal.
