To: I Buried My Guns

All you really need is enough to “liberate” a weapon from your oppressor. In WWII the allies dropped single shot, stamped steel pistols, with two bullets and picture instructions, to the French for just that purpose.

Although I devolve into fantasy every once in a while, I am not expecting firearms, no matter how shoddy, to fall from the sky. My goal is to defend my home, property, and loved ones in situ from those who would cause harm, not to kill people and hope their weapon suit my needs. The concern is that once the SHTF, Ready access to ammo will dry up very quickly, thus the "minimum 1000 rounds" rule.
