Obama trial aka Blagojevich trial, Obama quid pro quo, Obama senate seat, SEIU negotiates for Obama, Valerie Jarrett

This audio exerpt from a Blagojevich wiretap dated November 7, 2008 has it all. It indicts Obama and Blagojevich in a quid pro quo, classic Chicago pay to play scheme to sell Obama’s old senate seat. It reveals that Obama used SEIU major players Andy Stern and Tom Balanoff to negotiate with Blagojevich. It also reveals that Obama wants Valerie Jarrett, no stranger to pay to pay politics, to get the senate seat.

BLAGOJEVICH To get a sense of where I was. So we’ve
done this. So Thursday Balanoff came
back with a message directly from Obama,

Valerie Jarrett.”

“YANG But, but it seems to me, John Harris,
that’s a good, that’s a great, that I,that job sounds really good. But, um,
can’t Balanoff and Stern just make him
that themselves?
HARRIS Right, but, but the point is they, they
can, but then it’s a, then it’s a, it’s
a big, it’s a giveaway for them because
they…

YANG Yeah.
HARRIS …they have people…
YANG Yeah.
HARRIS …in their unions to do it.
YANG Yeah, yeah.
HARRIS So, they’d wanna par-, par-, you know,
they’d like to trade that for something
from Obama. Sayin’…
YANG Yeah.

HARRIS …okay, we can get Rod to do X…
YANG Right.
HARRIS …you do Y for us…
YANG Right.
HARRIS …and we’ll, we’ll, we’ll sat-, we’ll,
we’ll solve your, we’ll solve your Rod
problem.
YANG It’s like, it’s like a three, it’s like
the three way trade involving…

HARRIS It’s a, it’s a…
YANG …Jason Bay and Manny, Manny Ramirez.
HARRIS …right, it’s a three…
BLAGOJEVICH That’s right.
HARRIS …it’s a three way deal…
Right.
HARRIS …and it gives Bar-, Barack the ability
to stay out of Illinois politics if
that’s his… YANG Right.

HARRIS …code word for, ’cause he’s a got a
buffer. So there’s no obvious quid quo
pro for Valerie.”

At what point can Obama be impeached? I’m thinking if the Blago trial keeps going like this, the articles of impeachment could be submitted on the first day the new GOP congress can is sworn in. As for a president Biden, he is a complete idiot but I don’t think he is a hardcore communist.

I so hope we win majorities in the House and Senate come November so we can impeach and convict this SOB and his cronies. Every single one of them needs to be frog-marched out of D.C.

I have never seen a more corrupt bunch of politicians. They’re absolutely lawless and they’re unashamed. The more they get away with, the bolder their next moves.

And we can’t do damn thing about it because purists decided to stay home rather than cast a vote for McCain.

“we’ll solve your Rod problem.”

Obama’s ludicrous defense against this is that these toughs from Chicago had IMAGINED a “Rod problem” facing Obama that they were struggling to solve in this conversation.

It’s pretty clear Obama DID have a problem. He was eager to have one of his people in his Senate seat. He was eager to “get beyond” Illinois politics. He likely resented even having to pay off a political rival he despised, hence he surely didn’t want to pay “too much.” Moreover, having leapt from the swamp to DC, he sure didn’t want to get busted for making a straight-up trade.

Everyone involved in this conversation quite clearly knew that a quid-pro-quo was illegal. No other inference is possible from what was said. So the “problem” facing all players was how to get this deal done without being too blatant about it.

Fitzgerald “mysteriously” shut down the case prematurely in December, before a deal could be consummated. To all appearances, he’s been covering for the president. If so, this may well have been the motivation for shutting things down before there was incontrovertible evidence of Obama’s involvement—in which case Fitzgerald would have been forced to cuff a newly elected president prior to his Inauguration. Oh, yeah, there were “problems” galore in this little deal. The problem facing the American public is whether the truth will ever out.

The chicago dems were crazy to go after Blago. This is going to blow up in Fitgerald’s face, exposing his lack of ethics.

Blago: “Now, you know I’m under, you know, what I believe is disgusting federal investigations, with them out to get me and I, I’ve been nothin’ but fuckin’ tryin’ to be very honest in my administration. You know made some misjudgements, but compared to even Obama, you know, I believe I’m more pristine on Rezko than him.”

Remember, this is a private conversation: Blago doesn’t know he’s being taped, nor is he talking to the public. It may be a self-serving comment, but it’s CLEAR he knows stuff about Obama and Rezko that hasn’t exactly made it even to the back pages of the NY Slimes. Fitzgerald has no defensible excuse for not investigating further exactly what Blago’s alluding to in this comment.

And why shouldn't they be with the MSM covering for their corruption and lies

Clinton/Gore/Kerry? Obama had/have enough corruption to sink 100 GOP administrations

Truly sickening

The purists are still protesting, so, therefore, we may be stuck with this bunch of cutthroats who now run this country. What a shame that they prefer this type of corruption to voting for the lesser of 2 evils. Just who do they think they are teaching a lesson? The good people of America? I think not.

If the purists cannot find it within themselves to do what is necessary to defeat Obamao and his minions, they will essentially be choosing a civil war, IMO. I don’t know many who will tolerate this regime much longer. November better produce significant results in our favor.
