The Washington Post is now reporting the Al Gore-Redheaded Masseuse story. Surprisingly, they track how the National Enquirer report relied "heavily" on the documents behind the accusation, and point out the care taken before letting the story go to press.
Gore and his attorneys have been trying to sweep this under the rug since 2007 and again in 2008. There can hardly be an "I don't remember" defense.

We need to come up with a ‘gate for this. Gropegate? Massuesegate?
This can’t be true, at the least Tipper would be divorcing him over it if it were, even after all their years together.
Well, goodness, you *do* know that liberal progressive females have a reputation for being exceptionally prim & proper & prudish, don't you?
Seriously, what a complete loser that he has to FOIST himself on a 54 year old woman who is contracted by the ritzy hotel to give guests professional massages.
LOSER.
poodlegate - short for sexpoodlegate
hehehehehe.:)
Sorry, I still don’t believe it. She isn’t going to out right admit she wanted a “payment”. That sort of thing gets handled under the table. As for not walking out the door... PLEASE!
“He drank too much ......”.
I can just imagine how he’d act when drunk. Goofier than Goofy.
Chubby-gate?
That is the grin of the day!
Have you read the police report, the lady's statement?
Does anyone remember Tiger Woods? The first one was soon followed by many more.
Exactly. Have to give Silky Pony credit for one thing. At least he didn’t rape his mistress. Thats the only good thing I can think of to say about him. I don’t think Clinton and Gore have ever tried to go about things the right way. Taking things by force is all they know. Either that or seducing little college girls.
You’re right, women never lie, especially about sex and money.
Abdominal and inner thighs. She also says he forced her hand to his "pubic crest" and insisted that she massage there. You can read the most salient excerpt of her statement at The Smoking Gun.
Of course they sometimes do. But again, have you read her statement?
“The lady is likely just another opportunist.”
Then why wouldn’t she have gone after him IMMEDIATELY in 2006?
And what does she gain by coming forward now? NE didn’t pay her and once the story’s public, she’s entirely lost any negotiating leverage.
I think she was in a no-win situation similar to Juanita Broaddrick’s, went back-and-forth about what to do about it and ultimately in the face of refusal by LE to proceed with further investigation, felt like she had to make the story public. If Al Gore paid her off to go away now, he’d essentially be admitting the story’s truth.
Great, now we’ve got blog pimps in duplicate.
Yes we do.
Yes we do.
