The U.S.Constitution, Article I, section 3, states that only the Congress has the power to remove a President - NOT the Judiciary.

The judiciary DOES have the power to remove an ineligible usurper. See the Law of Nations for the definition of “Natural Born Citizen” - it doesn’t even matter whether he was born in Hawaii or not - he’s ineligible.
