It has happened before. Alcohol abuse adds millions to our health care costs and kills many. Now that the states own our bodies cradle to grave, don’t you think it is only logical that they prevent people from harming state property? From unfairly burdening those who don’t drink with the costs created by those that do?

You still evade the question. Turn the tables where alcohol is use is forbidden and can result in the forfeiture of private property. Is it still fair?
