Drug prohibition, at the state level, is perfectly constitutional. And if I’m not mistaken, the vast majority of states prohibit the vast majority of ‘recreational’ drugs.

I’m tempted to start a multi-state organization for new push for complete and total prohibition of alcohol to illustrate absurdity by being absurd. Join me?

If I succeed in banning alcohol, do you have a problem living under that Statism?

Don’t evade by saying that it can’t be done. Do you have a problem with that flavor of Statism? Isn’t drunkenness against the majority of peoples moral codes and should be legislated so the state can protect people from harm?
