Magnificent news! Kansas Democrats haven’t come up with an opponent so this race will be decided at the primary on Aug 3. Tiahrt has tirelessly toiled in the vinyards and, in the Senate, he’ll be one we can count on. Fellow Kansans: time to get busy! Non-Kansans: time to get out the checkbook!

Tiahrt is infinitely preferrable to Moran and would work great with Toomey, Rubio, Angle, Rand, and other young dynamic conservative leaders. However, Moran has been leading in most polls. Let’s hope the Palin endorsement gives Tiahrt a lift.

I wish Sarah could endorse a conservative Democrat so we would have some real choices and so we could see some positive changes in a hurry. Wouldn’t that freak the liberals!

The object is - to have the Republicans have the majority of the House & Senate as in dumping Pelosi as speaker.

I don’t care how a dem thinks, it still means a Dem majority with Harry Reid and Pelosi and they call the shots
on committees, votes, etc.

Tiahrt is definately the underdog, as Moran has the early lead. In the House races, she is much more likely to endorse an underdog than in her senate and governor ensorsements.

This one will be a real tough test of the power of her endorsements. let’s see if Tiahrt can turn this race upside down.

Good move, but did she check with McPain first? I think he is for Moran. Hope she doesn’t withdraw her endorsement

McCain endorsed Moran.

However, Tiahrt has grass roots support. I believe Mike Pence, Rick Santorum, and James Dobson backed Tiahrt as well. Let’s see if Club for Growth, Tea Party Express, and Freedom Works do.

And I’m happy to be voting for Moran. SO once again I butt heads with Palin and finally in my state.

Didn’t know about McCain backing Jerry Moran. Rather I heard Moran was backed by Jim DeMint.

Just read the thread on McCain, but Palin backs Tiahrt and she backed Fiorina over DeVore. So for now I’ll stay with Moran.
