Elizabeth is currently writing a book about how Congress that explains how it got where it got and how they're so insulated and how you undo this insulation that we've let them hide behind so that they get back to doing what it is they were supposed to do. Most of the new members of Congress don't even know what they're supposed to be doing.

Huh?

By January if the Democrats push their agenda contrary to the Majority of the Country, we will be in Civil War.

"Most of the new members of Congress don't even know what they're supposed to be doing."

That's all that made sense to me.

How much can they pass in 2 months that can't be repealed?

If “amnesty” passes, rescind it just as Bubba Clinton raised the tax rates on previous years already assessed and paid.

Here’s the plan as I see it:

1. Republicans barely take control of Congress in November.
2. Bush tax cuts expire... everyone freaks out as their taxes go up.
3. Congress finally does a budget... and it looks very bad.
4. More Obamacare provisions start to kick in... everyone becomes upset at the bad results.
5. Unemployment skyrockets as “stimulus” money has completely run out, and borrowing more becomes more difficult (and a number of other factors).
6. Inflation starts to kick in.
7. Energy costs skyrocket as cap-and-trade starts to take effect.

Fast-forward to the 2012 elections: “Republicans took over Congress and see what happens?!!!!” is the Dems’ main talking point.

Doubtful. Think Romania 1989 & Nicolae Ceauşescu.

I believe the economic collapse is coming sooner than some say. Did you see zero saying the U.S. will no longer drive the world economy? He’s admitting, or bragging, that we’re almost over.

I think the current congress-critters are frightened of facing their constituents. Afraid of being turned out and without a job. Afraid of having to apply for a job and then explain just WHAT they were trying to do to avert the recession. Of being lynched by an enraged mob.

I can’t wait for the collapse... that’ll be just fun for everyone!

Very reasonable and even likely predictions, all of them.

It's easier to peddle BS to an ignorant public when you have every traditional media outlet in the country acting as co-conspirators. Conservatives and the GOP have an uphill fight, always.

I fail to see any reasonable explainations as to why they shouldn't be lynched by an angry mob.
And don't tell me "Jesus said to turn the other cheek" because He also said to sell your cloak and buy a sword [Luke 22:36], and no reasonable interpretation of "turn the other cheek" I've seen advocates surrendering your [God given] sovereignty [freedoms]; in fact, such a willing surrender is reminiscent of the servant who buried his talent.

I never said they shouldn’t be. Don’t misinterpret my writing please. I’m simply writing about why they are in a panicky state.

Oh. I think that come November, after congress is gutted, that there are going to be a lot of socially ostracized families. And I can only imagine what their shock will be like when they have to literally live among their constituents and face an angry mob. I wonder what their kids are going through in school.

I'm afraid you are very right. Without some very straight talking leaders who get directly through to the people, sans media, like Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman, this is a forecast of things to come.

I would classify that as treason against the American people.
