Right now in Australia, there are political machinations at the highest level, The Prime Minster, Kevin Rudd has lurched from one problem to the next, failing to get his point across. When elected, he was immensely popular and is not so popular now. Tonight, his deputy had discussions with him, and there will be a vote for Party Leader 9 hours from now. If Rudd loses this internal Party vote, Australia will have its first female prime Minister, Julia Gillard.
So is the tide in Oz turning back to the right? I know many of us consider Australia to be our only real option should we decide to leave America.
