And being that what you are proposing is using FR as the blog author's main posting site for the work it would indeed be using FR's bandwidth!
I am in favor of drawing more attention to this site. Posting a full blog on FR and excerpts to that blog on other forums will increase traffic to this site and provide the opportunity to support issues relevant to this site rather than Google’s.
