It probably is left over from November 2008, when they were on the verge of bankruptcy. It is entirely possible. It's also possible it was a leftover weather warning. In anticipation of or the result of bad weather/icy roads, a message that told people not to try to come into work? I'm just grasping at non-conspiracy theory answers here.

Possible.
I would like a non-threatening answer myself.

Why on earth would they record something in JUNE for a November release. It’s definitely held over from a time in a November from some year that there was some kind of emergency.
