Ok. From there, if I were you, and you can map this out, wake up early and start and at City Hall (Historic) (20-30 min), go to 60 Center just to look around (10-15 Minutes), walk over to Brooklyn Bridge and go on pathway (30-45) min.

Walk across Chambers or Warren and make a left on Broadway and proceed down to WTC area. Take as long as you like over there.

From there you can go to either Battery Park to Statue of Liberty or mess around down there and make your way up the west side to the Intrepid. You need probably and 1 or 2 over there. After that, go to the circle line which is very close by. That is about 2 hours soup to nuts by the time you are on the boat, go around manhattan and come back. Once you come back, you can either go north to Grants’ Tomb or the Empire State Building. Its up to you.

I would save the Times Square stuff till night time.
